Father & Son reflect on aviation careers

The moment Clarence Schofield’s dad took him up the Sydney Air Traffic Control Tower, he knew he wanted to work there.

Clarence’s dad, Colin, worked for years at Qantas and passed on his enthusiasm for the aviation industry to Clarence.

Clarence was knocked back on his first attempt to become an air traffic controller, but was not deterred and was successful on his second attempt about six years ago.

Speaking to the Australian Aviation Podcast, Clarence and Colin reflect on their love of the industry.
